Bethanie Sylvaince, MSW
Bethany earned her A.S. degree in Human Services from Columbia College. Her dedication to helping others in need led her to earn both a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Walden University. Bethanie’s focus is to help those coping with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and various life issues such as career decisions, family issues, self-esteem concerns and life transitions. She has had experience in working with children of all ages, families and individuals. She also has a “soft heart” for Military families as she has volunteered for group work with Wounded Warrior and those coping with PTSD related to Military Service. Bethanie incorporates different modalities in working with client and uses techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Bethanie is a registered clinical social work intern meeting the requirements set by the state of Florida.
