In response to the COVID 19 crisis we have implemented new procedures for tele-therapy. Based on temporary waivers and guidelines created by the insurance industry we are offering 2 methods of tele-mental health therapy. The first is telephonic only and the second is video conferencing. With either of these methods you will first need to call the office to schedule the appointment with one of our therapists. At that time you will need to provide your updated insurance information. You will need to state your preferred method of tele-therapy. If you prefer telephonic only, we will need the best phone number to reach you on. If you prefer video conferencing we are using a HIPAA compliant application called Doxy.me. Your therapist may already have established their Doxy.me link of this website. If they have not, they will call you at the time of your appointment and guide you to that site. To see if your therapist has established the link, please find the tab on the left that says "Tele-therapy Sessions - Quick Links." You may use any device for this application, such as your computer/smart phone/IPAD/ android device - as long as any of these devices has a camera capability. We will provide IT support if you need assistance.
The number for our IT support is 352-775-2735
If you are an existing client you can utilize either method of tele-therapy - just contact our office to schedule. If you are a new client we will need your signed paperwork at least 24 hours prior to your session. Please go to our Intake Forms page for more information. NOTE: For existing or new clients, we will also need to collect your co-pay/deductible prior to the session. This may be done by either going to our online Paypal account on the "Make a Payment" page and clicking the PayPal link, by calling the office with your credit card information or by dropping off cash or check at our office building (you may use the mail slot in the front door facing Main St. to do so).
